FROM THE PARKWAY NORTH Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 98 Follow the signs for Route 138 East and take it to the end At the end of Route 138, bear right onto Route 35 South. Take Route 35 South to the Manasquan Circle, the Circle Factory Outlet Center is located on the Manasquan Circle. FROM I195 EAST Take I195 East to the end, and bear right onto Route 35 South. Take Route 35 South to the Manasquan Circle, the Circle Factory Outlet Center is located on the Manasquan Circle. DIRECTIONS FROM THE BELMAR MARINA Take Route 35 South, go under the Route 138 over pass, to the Manasquan Circle, the Circle Factory Outlet Center is located on the Manasquan Circle.
